Design Concept

익숙한 것들에 미적 혹은 경험적 감수성을 부여하다.

본 제품은 가정 내 네트워크 환경을 정리하는 홈 네트워크 스위치 디자인입니다.
부드럽게 함몰된 오른쪽 터치부는 만짐으로써 느끼는 직관적 만족감을 구현하고자 하였습니다. 
전체적인 조형은 단순히 기계적으로 수치적으로 기입해서는 만들어낼수 없는 과정을 통해서 곡률을 적용시켰습니다. 
그 섬세함이나 수고로움에 의해서 AI에 의해서 효율적으로 만들어내는 것과 전혀다른 감성을 부여합니다.


TO GIVE AN AESTHETIC AND EMPIRICAL SENSIBILITY TO A FAMILIAR PRODUCT

It was intended to realize the intuitive satisfaction felt by touching the gently recessed right touch part. 
The overall molding was applied with curvature through a process that could not be created simply by mechanically writing numerically. 
It gives a completely different sensitivity to what is efficiently created by AI by its delicacy and effort.
